My current supplier was out of stock of an item so I sourced it on this site, I was able to order it which gave me a false sense of security as several days later I discovered that there is no stock and there is unlikely to be for a considerable time. Had I known this sooner I would have been able to take action sooner, if you don't have any then say so on your website please

I've used these twice now. They don't tell you if something is out of stock, they just hold your order. Also : I've used them twice. About a week after using them each time, the card I paid with has been cloned. Somehow my card details have been leaked to a third party who attempts to go on a spending spree.
The service was good except several emails telling that Minot Op pack will be delivered 05-09-2017. Yet to open the pack.

I placed on order which hadn’t been shipped yet. To my shock been notified items not in stock had to be ordered from supplier! It’s very bad practice to accept orders when you don’t stock the items. A simple message to say items not available would have sufficed.
