Ordered an item (Xylocaine 1%) which has been out of stock with myusual suppliers. No indication of supply problems on website or on acceptance of delivery. Delivery note did not indicate that it was not currently available or when I can expect it to be delivered. Customer service gave very little help and could not tell me when they last sent any out or when I might expect to receive my order. Pretty rubbish service all round really.

Lose a star for using UK MAIL instead of Royal Mail - in the event of an non delivery, no Local Depot to Collect from (unlike Royal Mail). Added hassle of sorting out re delivery via phone or internet/UK MAIL. (Drama I could have done without).
