Only didn’t give 5 as site advised you would be advised if stock not available. This didn’t happen - although stock did arrive quickly. I rang to check on order - which at that time was not ready and I was advised to call back later in the afternoon, which I was happy to do. However, the lovely lady I spoke to had obviously made a note of my number and called me back an hour or so later to say my order would be despatched that day. Brilliant customer service in that respect.
