Nach 4 Jahren war mein Gerät defekt. Wurde umgehend und problemlos ausgetauscht.

Ich liebe mein Glätteisen. Leider hatte es nun nach zwei Jahren einen Kabelbruch. Da ich es für die 5 Jahre Garantie registriert hatte, war es ein sehr angenehmer Ablauf. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass man für die 20€ die man vorab bezahlen sollte, tatsächlich ein nagelneues Glätteisen bekommt. Innerhalb 4 Tagen war der Vorgang erledigt. Ein sehr guter Kundenservice! Vielen Dank.

More than half the reviews are fake. Please avoid buying product comes with a nasty smell, didnt even straighten my hair made it very static, the box was scratched up, and the heat states 230 which is incorrect. The straightner was not even hot on full heat i literally had my hand on the metal plate for a minute. Wont be purchasing again. Please consider geniune reviews not the fake ones. I bought this through sweatcoins app and paid 70 pounds for a toy like item

I ordered a new curler from Golden Curl on the 20th of December. Despite the holidays, it arrived pretty fast, in ten days. The product has a very beautiful black box and contains the curler itself (super beautiful), two hair clips and a glove. Definitely would make a great gift. I have been curling my hair the same way for several years, but with the old curler I didn’t need a glove. With this new device you do need a glove for safety. First, it was a bit unusual because of that. In the glove it’s more difficult to feel the end of the hair lock, but it just requires a bit of practice to become a habit. The curler is very very light, the main weight comes from the cable. The curls look smooth and nice, as expected. I personally love it!

Golden Curl ist einfach super! Habe das Glätteisen in einer Mall an einem Stand vor 4 Jahren gekauft. Es glättet die Haare unglaublich gut. Leider ist der Kabel nach 4 Jahren kaputt gegangen. Doch aufgrund der Garantie kein Problem. Habe es eingeschickt und heute ein nagelneues Gerät bekommen! Innerhalb einer Woche! Ganz lieben Dank an das gesamte Team!!!

Einfach nur Krass wirklich - ich hatte immer ein billiges Gerät und dachte okay passt schon. Heute nach mehrfacher Ablehnung setzte ich mich in den Stuhl &' die Beratung allein war schon Top Dann fängt er an meine Haare zu glätten und ich dachte mir einfach " hoffentlich mag mein Freund dieses Gerät auch" 😅 Ich war so begeistert. Es ist einfach komplett anders als erwartet !!! Kann ich nur empfehlen ✌️🦊

Das ist einfach ne verar**** in meinen Augen. Bin so enttäuscht. Hab das Glätteisen in Berlin in einem Einkaufszentrum gekauft. Das Problem ist wo die Dame mir mit ihrem Glätteisen die Locken gemacht hat,war alles super und das hat sich so gut angefühlt. Wo ich dann nach Hause kamm und mir nach dem Harre waschen die locken gemacht habe, das war ne Katastrophe. Das Glätteisen hat mir soooo viele Haare raus gerissen und wenn man durch die hare geht,das geht garnicht glatt und das tut so weh,obwohl ich garnicht schmerzempfindlich bin. Und das schlimmste ist ich kann es nicht zurückschicken, weil ich es in einem Einkaufszentrum gekauft habe. Hätte ich es übers Internet bestellt, hätten die mir auch das Geld zurückgegeben . Ich bin einfach nur enttäuscht und sauer. 150 Euro sind nicht wenig

Einfach wow ! Mein Glätteisen hat leider nach fast 4 Jahren ein Wackelkontakt sodass es nicht mehr anging. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und nach wenigen Stunden schon eine Antwort mit einer Lösung erhalten. Ich habe es dann per Post an eine der Adressen die mir geschickt wurden gesendet. 3 Tage später kam ein neues Glätteisen per Express Versand zu mir an.(für nur 20€ ein komplett neues!). Vielen Dank an den freundlichen Kundenservice hier werde ich nur noch bestellen !

Ordered a curler which was not available unfortunately. But the customer service helped immediately and offered me to choose between other curlers including a special serum as a gift. I've got it within a few days and I'm really happy with the product. Best curler ever, would buy again :-)

Ich habe 2017 mein Glätteisen gekauft und bin auch sehr zufrieden damit. Nun hatte es leider einen Wackelkontakt. Ich habe den Service kontaktiert und mir wurde sofort geholfen. Ich habe aufgrund der Garantie sofort ein neues Glätteisen erhalten. Dieses war innerhalb von 2 Tagen da, nachdem ich das kaputte Glätteisen losgeschickt hatte. Bin begeistert von dem reibungslosen Ablauf.

Ich liebe mein Glätteisen von Golden Curl. Ich bin absolut begeistert vom Produkt. Meine widerspenstigen Haare sind dadurch immer glatt und glänzend. Es heizt sehr schnell auf. Nach zwei Jahren hatte ich leider ein Wackelkontakt und habe den Kundenservice von Golden Curl kontaktiert. Ich habe sofort eine Rückmeldung erhalten und innerhalb von 3 Tagen ein neues Glätteisen inkl. eine Bürste UND Haarserum von Golden Curl erhalten. Solch einen guten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. I have had my Golden Curl for years and when it stopped working the company sent another within a few days. Fantastic company!

It makes sense to buy a device from golden curl. Our device was broken, it was no problem to be exchanged by the 5 year warranty. Yes, the Golden curls really not the cheapest where you can buy devices for the hair. But, the cost also are within the perfect customer service and the very good excabhge system to get a new device if yours is broken. FOR EVER GOLDEN CURL, thanks a lot for the big bug and perfect service. Thanks from. GERMANY
