I was also miss sold these at the Grand Designs show in Birmingham, the representative claimed they could be used to straighten wet hair, even sprayed water on my hair to demonstrate - got home the manual very clearly states that they are not to be used on wet hair. She made a lot of claims about them not using heat, not damaging hair, no need for protection products - yet there is a heat adjustment dial. They are ok as far as straighteners go but they are definitely being miss sold and outright lying to customers. I emailed them and they have said I can return and they will refund once I send proof of posting but to a self storage centre - I have no faith that I will get my money back.

Brought straighteners from Birmingham Bullring last month. Was told they were steam straighteners, less damaging etc. Got them home, clearly NOT STEAM straighteners. Massively mis-sold, can't return, no better than £30 straighteners I've had for years. Don't get sucked in by false sales pitches.

I just want to know golden curl and area beauty products are same?i m worried about that….I read some comments on trust pilot about area products..people say they are scam…

Eines der besten Glätteisen, das ich je hatte! Es glättet ganz leicht, wie Butter durch die Haare. Die Harre werden allerdings doch sehr heiß (anders wie vermarktet). Das Ergebnis ist aber super! Fast wie vom Friseur! Die Eisen sind natürlich alle sehr teuer. Ebenfalls ist mir aufgefallen das die Qualität nach ca 1/2-1 Jahr etwas nachlässt. Bei dem teuren Preis schon schade.....

Really happy with my new iRossi infrared hair styler. We purchased it at a great price at an event this summer. I am using it to straighten my naturally wavy hair and have also used it to curl my daughter's hair. It works instantly and leaves hair feeling soft and light. It lasts all day, would definitely recommend!

Es ist einer der besten Glätteisen, die ich je verwendet habe, das Glätteisen kam in einer ausgezeichneten Verpackung und war sehr einfach zu entnehmen und einzupacken, das Glätteisen hat goldene Titanplatten, die nur wenige Minuten zum Aufheizen benötigen, es hat auch einen Temperaturregler, der das ist beste teil und heizt bis zu 230 c. Ich habe es mit Glätten und Locken versucht, beide lieferten hervorragende Ergebnisse mit nur einem Wisch und die Locken blieben den ganzen Tag. Ich bin mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden und kann es definitiv jedem Haartyp empfehlen hair It is one the best straightener i have used, titanium with gold plates the straightener came in excellent packing and was very easy to take out and pack in, the straightener has golden titanium plates which takes only few minutes to heat up, it also has temperature controller which is the best part and heats up to 230 c. I tried straightening and curling both gave excellent results just with one swipe and curls stayed the whole day , over all i am very happy with the product and can definitely recommend to any hair type. If you are looking for a good quality straightner this would be the one.

Golden Curl is really the best device I've ever had. I use it every day and my hair stays healthy. I also use the oil which is very good too. I'm also very satisfied about the service afterwards. The customerservice is very helpful and kind.

Hi i bought a Hair Straightener last year and everything was ok. But i just want to confirm, when i put on the iron, it flashed a Red Light and then it stays Red. Is that ok or must the Red light turned Green. Thank you

Bin mehr als zufrieden mit dem Glätteisen. Es macht die Haare super glänzend und man merkt schon den Unterschied zu den günstigeren Marken.

I bought Golden Curl for the first time 5 years ago, this one now is my second. I was so happy with it, it was the only curler with which my hair would stay curly for up to 4 days, which is great for my type of hair. With other curlers, no matter what I did, the curls would be gone within a couple of hours, what I found a waste of time. Apart from that, my hair was never damaged after using this, however, this cannot be said when I used other curlers. Therefore, I can only recommend the product to everybody

The Zebra curler is definitely the best curler I ever had! Very fast delivery as well.

The reaction in case of guarantee was very fast. The new Product was delivered within 3 days. Also the costumer service was very friendly and good. The only negative point is, that the costs to activate the guarantee (20 Euro) plus the delivery costs from the faulty product have to be paid by the customer.

Habe den Lockenstab jetzt seit einem Jahr in Verwendung und bin überglücklich damit!! Schädigt das Haar nicht und mit dem Hitzeschutzspray eine fantastische Kombi!!

mein glätteisen ging nicht einbahnfrei ich habe den kundendienst drauf angeschrieben. ohne das es eine große sache wird habe ich ein neues bekommen

Great customer service. I was initially worried as I wasn't sure if they were the correct supplier for Herstyler, but they are and were amazing! My curling wand is brilliant and so easy to use and include a heatproof glove. They were super communicative throughout. Highly recommend.
