Mein Glätteisen ist nach fast 5 Jahren kaputt gegangen und durch die Garantie habe ich für 20€ ein nagelneues bekommen. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und die Geräte sind top.

Habe mich mega verbrannt mit dem Lockenstab. Trotz Handschuh habe ich mich oberhalb des Handgelenks und rechts neben dem Kinn verbrannt. Kein Einsehen des Unternehmens. Und dafür habe ich 200€ bezahlt. Das ist einfach unverschämt.

Das Produkt ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Jahrelang habe ich meine Zeit vergeudet, mit anderen Marken, die mit meinen Haaren nicht zurecht kamen. Bis ich Golden Curl entdeckte.

Suckered in at Birmingham Bullring, made a load of claims about how good this product was. I have had my hair styled professionally for years (including my sisterinlaw who is a hairdresser and has to work hard with product and prep to keep my style asmy hair is long and thick) and could tell by the scruffy wand it was not great quality. Assured that it was a 'bargain' as it would last 'days'. Half way through doing my hair she got quite aggressive and impatient as she ran out of claims and sales pitch. I said if it was still curly at the end of the day, I'd be back. The curls lasted about 20 minutes and was pokerstraight again an hour later. You can get better products much better value than this, don't buy.

Excellent boucleur qui ne brûle pas du tout mes cheveux. Je peux l'utiliser plusieurs fois par semaine sans problème, chose qui n'était pas possible avant car mes cheveux sont fins et fragiles. Les boucles sont belles et durent même quand je dors avec pourtant avec un boucleur normal ça ne tient pas et ça me graisse les cheveux à cause de la chaleur. Je suis très contente de mon achat et je le recommande fortement.

Bonjour Jai acheté ce produit dans une galerie marchande ou les vendeuses vous proposent une demo sur vos cheveux puis elle vous dirigent vers une édition limitée lol vous partez sur la confiance un produit que vous achetez à 150e qui vaut 129e chez darty... Vous arrivez à la maison et le travail n'est pas le même... Pas de vapeur... Le cheveux accroche... Elle pouvait tenir son lisseur entre les doigts.. Et les cheveux sont électrique... Pas du tout le même résultat que celui démontre... comme un vulgaire lisseur de grande surface quoi et bien entendu impossible de le tenir au bout de l appareil... Elle m'a convaincu de prendre l édition limitée... Pris pour être appris mais à ce prix là ça fait mal !!! Bref suis déçue !!! A fuir

If anyone would like to contact me about being sold the wrong item via tradestands we can take the matter further with trading standards. Their product isnt the problem, the false selling tactics are. They are offering one product and giving you another and then refusing to refund you. This must stop. Nobody from golden curl has even tried to rectify the issue so yes ,great customer service.

Ich hatte in 2018 ein Glätteisen gekauft, was nun leider kaputt war. Es wurde nach einer sehr netten Email Kommunikation anstandslos in ein neues Gerät umgewandelt, was mir sehr schnell zugeschickt wurde. Top Kundenservice!!! Vielen Dank dafür und weiter so! Viele Grüße

I got my very first Golden Curl hair straightener bought for me as Christmas present in 2016 and only just now I needed a new one due to normal wear and tear. Really good quality and leaves my hair silky and shiny after use. Customer service is excellent. Customer service team got back to me within 24 hours after placing my warranty activation. I definitely recommend!

Ho comprato da loro una piastra attivando la garanzia dei 5 anni. Adesso (dopo 3 anni dall'acquisto) ho avuto un problema con la piastra ed ho contattato il loro servizio clienti e volevo congratularmi con loro perchè l'ho trovato efficiente e veloce, sempre pronto a rispondere ai miei dubbi ed ho trovato un'azienda molto serie e professionale che in poco tempo a provveduto a rimandarmi una piastra nuova. Ottima azienda, ottimo servizio clienti e ottima è la piastra!!

Ich kann nur meine positiven Erfahrungen an Sie weitergeben. Tolles Glätteisen (möchte es nicht mehr missen) und guter Service. Für einen Garantiefall auf der Homepage 20 Euro überweisen und das Glätteisen zurück schicken und dann erhält man ein neues Produkt. Bei mir hat das Glätteisen allerdings nur knapp 2 Jahre gehalten.
