Wir haben den Golden Curl 5P Curler . Er hat fünf verschiedene Aufsätze . Für jeden was dabei. Es ist so einfach damit locken zu machen . Es geht super schnell und hält auch noch ein paar Tage . Für uns das beste Gerät. Wir würden es immer wieder kaufen . Und wenn man mal was zu reklamieren hat geht es auch super einfach und total schnell.

Nachdem mein ursprüngliches Glätteisen nach 4 Jahren einen Wackelkontakt aufwies, nahm ich die 5 Jahres-Garantie in Anspruch. Die Reklamation verlief reibungslos, vor allem sehr schnell und ich erhielt ein neues Gerät. Seitdem bin ich absolut zufrieden! Das Glätteisen heizt nach wie vor schnell auf, gleitet sanft durch die Haare und hinterlässt ein glattes, glänzendes Finish. Die verschiedenen Temperaturstufen sind ideal, um verschiedene Haartypen zu behandeln. Ich bin beeindruckt von der Qualität und dem Kundenservice dieses Unternehmens. Klare Empfehlung!

Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice gemacht. Auf einer Messe habe ich mir das Golden Curl Glätteisen infrared gekauft. Als es einen Wackelkontakt hatte, habe ich mich an den Kundenservice gewendet. Ich musste 20 Euro Versand kosten bezahlen und innerhalb 1 Wochen, kam schon ein nagelneues Glätteisen an. Wirklich ein Top Service.

Sehr zu empfehlen ! Ich benutze die Goldencurl lockenstäbe seit 6 Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden. Mit unter einer der Wenigen wo meine Locken einfach halten. Kundenservice ist auch Top man bekommt schnelle Antworten und eine schnelle Problemlösung ! Die 5 Jahre Garantie sind einfach klasse. Sehr zufrieden, würde immer wieder meine Tools hier kaufen!!

Einen defekten Curl eingesendet. Vorher habe ich die 20 euro pauschale bezahlt.. Promt kam liebe Email in der ich gebeten wurde die Sendungsnummer mitzuteilen. Gesagt getan... 2 Tage später kam per Express (!) ein nagelneuer Curl an Ich bin positiv überrascht und sage DANKE!

we bought the Golden Curl flat iron about 4 years ago. Due to problems with the cable, I contacted the branch office in Berlin. The service was really perfect! I always got support, sent the defective device back and shortly received a new Origonal Golden Curl. Daily information about the current status! I can highly recommend it!

Acquistato una piastra per capelli Golden Curl gold nel febbraio 2019. A metà luglio del 2023 contatto l'assistenza perché mi si è rotto il cavo elettrico rotante e chiedo se gentilmente possono mandarmene uno di ricambio. La risposta è stata che purtroppo non avevano il ricambio, pertanto al solo costo della spedizione mi hanno inviato una PIASTRA COMPLETAMENTE NUOVA, l'assistenza è stata eccezionale, mi aggiornavano giorno dopo giorno sull’avanzamento della pratica. Please please do not order from this place. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. I never heard of this brand but when I saw an advertisement from a YouTube I thought to try it. The delivery never came it’s been 1month now. When I asked for my refund they demanded I pay for the delivery which one staff said was 11.10 and one said 14.10. Am a YouTuber myself and I always order online never have I ever experienced anything like this. Horrible. Will do a video on my channel with all the emails and the chats.
