Schneller Service, mein Gerät hatte ein defektes Stromkabel und wurde innerhalb weniger Tage getauscht. Ich habe ein neues Glätteisen erhalten. Leider ist es schon mein zweites GoldenCurl Glätteisen welches ein defektes Stromkabel hatte, somit ein Stern Abzug. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Stromkabel nicht für Jahrelangen Gebrauch hergestellt wurden…

I bought my „Steam Styler“ at a trade show in Berlin and I'm really happy with it. Very fast and easy straightening and curling!! Unfortunately, after a year the device was broken, so I took advantage of my warranty. The replacement went easily and without any problems and the contact was very friendly. Fast response time!

Sicuramente lascia i capelli lisci, morbidi e lucenti. Ma l impugnatura non è agevole, potrebbe essere più stretta. Anche lo stile delle piastre potrebbero essere riviste per permettere maggior qualità alla piega. È sicuramente un ottimo prodotto

My Straighteners had broken I tried the website contact form sent a few but never got a reply. I then contacted Golden Curl by email and had a reply more or less straight away I was advised to send the old ones back they sent a link I paid £18 and brand new pair arrived few days later, Make sure you register your Warranty. Excellent customer service thank you.

Mein Gerät war defekt. Der Ersatz hat sehr schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert. Danke an das Team von Golden Curl. Euer Lockenstab ist ein super Produkt.

Das Glätteisen ist sehr gut, der Kundenservice ebenfalls. Es gibt einen Stern Abzug, da man für den garantiefall Geld bezahlen muss, auch wenn es in den AGB steht. Hätte ich das beim Kauf gesehen, hätte ich sicher noch etwas überlegt. Aber es lief alles reibungslos.

J'ai acheté le lisseur et le boucleur. Le lisseur est un lisseur standard en revanche le boucleur est assez dangereux, je me suis brûlé à deux reprises au niveau du poignet. Il n'y a aucun embout de protection. Les brûlure on du mal à cicatriser cela fait 2 semaines. Je sais que je vais en garder une cicatrice. Ne surtout pas laisser à la porté de vos ados.

Hatice hat mich super beraten und sich bemüht den Austausch meines Gerätes so schnell wie möglich zu veranlassen was auch funktioniert hat. Ich bin Hatice sehr dankbar mein Anliegen so toll bearbeitet zu haben, denn somit hat sie mich als Kunde sehr glücklich gemacht und ich kaufe definitiv nur noch dort, weil man da auch Service erhält der unkompliziert ist, auch wenn das Gerät schon älter ist.
