This was a seamless way to park close to the airport. The shuttle ran frequently and I didn't have to wait in either direction.
The person that answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. They also was very informative.

I'm giving 3 stars because yes they gave me a refund, but at the same time it's a slight inconvenience that they couldn't just change my time back from 30min to just 1 whole hr. Some excuse along the lines of "your reservation is live so therefore we can't change it".

That is correct; we are not affiliated with Global or Swift Parking, they are an external parking provider. We do not licence them to operate on our site, they use our car parks just like any other customer. Accept no responsibility for stolen cars!
We were unable to park in the lot we reserved because of road closures. Global asked for information showing where we needed to park and promptly issued a refund. Would definitely use them in the future.
Global airport overbooked and the parking spot hotel didn’t let us park. I had to find another parking place on the spot. This was very unpleasant and I had to pay more to get parking at other hotel.
