We always use Global Airport Parking when we travel. It's easy, secure and gives us peace of mind while we're away.

Our first time using Global Airport Parking for BWI Long Term parking. The parking lot was easy to find and we felt it was secure leaving our vehicle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver was right on time. Our vehicle was right up front waiting for us promptly with the A/C cooling on a very humid evening. We will use this service again after the great experience.

We made a reservation for 3 days, then in the confirmation email said 2 days and it ended up being 1 day in the portal. When I noticed, rapidly email Global Airport Parking (GAP) asking to extend the reservation to 3 days. At that moment I was already parked and in route to the airport, so I let them know I was not going to be available after 2 hours up to 8 hours later. My rep was Donna J. She answered I must make another reservation for the other 2 days missing, which I tried but the system said the parking was full and was not accepting new reservations. I emailed Donna with the situation and asked her for my options. She answered I needed to call the parking lot directly. By the time she answered I was out of reach until the end of my vacations. When I read that, I felt it was no okay and reply that "As I was on vacations and out or reach, I just received this email as I travel back home. Sincerely, my expectations on your company’s service were higher, like other services companies (expedia, booking, vrbo, etc). To call the parking lot directly is something I expected Global Airport Parking to do in order to assist your customer. That is why people hire this type of services. To be taken care of when things get complicated or we are far away. To feel safe because we have good representation. This was definitely NOT the case with Global Airport Parking. I will take care of it myself and for sure will leave a review." Donna answered back, saying they "recommended" me "to call the parking lot because Global Airport Parking is a third-party booking agent and does not own or operate any of the facilities." Of course I know GAP don't own the facility! Neither does Expedia, Booking, AirBNB, etc! But as they are being paid a fee, they provide the service and, as third party" contact the business directly on the client behalf to make sure the needs are taken care of. Maybe the result is not what the customer expected, but at least they do the diligence. Definitely NOT going to book with GAP again. Will do it directly with the parking lot. At the end, I'll need to contact the parking lot directly if something happens so there is no sense on having GAP in the middle.

Global Airport Parking Deceptive business practices. They advertise cheap daily rates. You put in your dates to rent. Then choose one of the locations based on what is available. Once you choose your location you want to park and hit reserve now, it takes you to the booking page. It does not show the number of days you are being billed for. It also adds a lot of taxes and fees which are on top of the daily rate (and not part of the advertised rate). It also NEVER GIVES YOU A FULL TOTAL. It splits it and says total to pay now $- A--, and total to pay at the airport $-B__. Then it says GRAND TOTAL IS amount A, which is only a small portion of the actual total you will pay for parking once you pay the remainder at the airport. THIS IS VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. BECAUSE THEY CHOSE TO TRY TO DECEIVE WHEN BOOKING, I DID NOT BOOK AND TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. IT IS EASY AND EXPECTED FOR A BUSINESS TO BE UPFRONT ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING AND THE ACTUAL AMOUNT. YET GLOBAL CHOOSES TO TRY TO DECEIVE PEOPLE.

I book a parking spot for 6.98$/day and when i payed they charge me 12.98$/ day... thats false advertising, i hope i can get this issue solved

I waited forever to get my confirmation email. It didn't come until I contact customer support. And then I found another email with a $5 off promo code which now I cannot use. BS When I got to the parking lot, the attendant charged me another tax on top of the taxes and fees listed on the site. He said they charged a different tax for the city and didn't know what the website charged for under taxes and fees. On a $120 parking fee for 10 days, the site charged about $16 for taxes, and on site he tagged on another $24. I am waiting for my credit card statement to arrive to see who charged what and figure it out... Nothing is what it seems on this site for booking. Beware of falsely low fees, if you didn't read right, they would charge you extra just because you bring in an SUV. A small SUV or truck doesn't take up a lot more space, but unless it is a car, they'll double your charges and you either pay it or walk away. And no, I checked my spam folder and there was no other email that I missed. The company doesn't send out confirmation email for hours.

We've had a credit for a cancelled parking space for two years but have had difficulty accessing it. I contacted Global Airport Parking on Saturday after failing a second time when reserving a spot. On Sunday I got a response that they were looking into it. This morning, Monday, I have a polite, friendly message that our credit is refunded to our credit card. I checked and it is there, though pending, which is normal. We have what we need and are completely happy.
