very nice,staff always walking around ,, checking on cars,, last ,,,,,the price,, time is hard,,,, sometime it may take waiting at the airport 10 hours to connect just to get low far to see my grand baby ..thanks for your low far and discount code...

Watch out..avoid if possible....An additional charge of $5.00/day will be charged for small SUV, $7/day for minivan/Mid-size SUV, and $10/day or more for Trucks. Oversized vehicles consist of small/large SUV's, Vans, Pick-up Trucks, etc.) Cash only; paid at lot. They do not say this when you and then they surprise you when you arrive.

STILL NO REPLY from them, they hide .... Airport Parking Services under the Global banner at Bristol Airport.... why do you not reply to mails ??? why do you not take my calls ?? all i want is the owners name and address so i can take you to court... come on you spineless gits ..... you left my car in a layby, you used a qtr of tank of fuel, you used my car to ferry customer around.... take ownership of your appalling behaviour.... i just want you guys into court and STOP anyone else using you .... SPINELESS FRAUDSTERS

Prompt refund on parking when plans changed. I have had to change plans a number of times and always get good service, good parking when I use it and prompt refunds when plans change and I am not going to be using the parking reserved.

I’ve only used them twice but I’ve had a mostly good experience both times. I was able to find coupons online that allowed me to park my car 5 days for like $25. It was worth it. My only issues were coming back. The shuttle and the building do not answer the phone. The phone number they give you to text sends back a message that basically says “this phone number can’t receive text messages”. You just have to find where the shuttles are and hope there’s one already out there.

The process was pretty easy, and way cheaper than going through the hotel. Only worry was not knowing how the hotel parking ticket would not cause double payment. It would have been less stressful if I had known in advance that the hotel would validate the ticket by just bringing it to the front desk, show the Global Airport Parking confirmation, get the ticket stamped, and have a zero balance when leaving the parking deck.

Purchased parking for 4 days, issued a QR to scan at the garage via email but it did not work, neither did putting in my phone number.

The parking address we were given was the wrong one, and at arrival we were directed to a completely different location further away from the airport. There were no directions, no attendants and no clear guidance on how to use and where to park at any of the locations.

Booked meet and great at Bristol Airport. Paid for my car to be kept under cover. When I returned from holiday I was informed at 3:30 am my car had been stolen and to get a taxi home. Trying to get details on the theft, the company were not helpful. they have refused to supply details of their insurance company. Have done nothing to alleviate the financial burden. the sign of a good company is how they react when things go wrong, this company score zero stars!!!
