Their customer service was excellent and prompt! I made a mistake in my reservation and they took care of it right away! I have been using them for airport parking for the last few years and have recommended them to friends and families! It’s way better alternatives than the airport long term parking especially you’re parking your car for many days. Big saving!
Was told to check in with parking attendant, there was no attendant. Was told to scan code given on scanner, scanner was broken off and dangling, unusable. Called their customer service, they were more confused than I was. All of this was right before I needed to be at airport, very stressful. Would not use again. Ever.

We got to Crest Motor Inn at 2:45am the attendant had a sigh on her desk DO NOT TAKE Global parking reservation; she told me global parking was the worst. I had to scramble to the airport; leave my car at the airport and have some one else pick it up. I had to pay doble for parking and pay some to pick up my car

Your ad was misleading regarding international parking at ATL airport
It would be more helpful if you could provide more specifics about the garage, for instance if the general cancellation policy would apply or not. Also, the rate advertised was different from the actual final amount after “fee and taxes”. The prices were competitive though.
