Started off very good on the phone with the initial design. Delivery driver was grumpy and unreasonable, aluminium trim missing from delivery packaging so on balance quite average.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Answered any queries and prompt delivery to my timescale. Delivery service was also excellent although initially a day slot the driver will call you an hour before delivery. Beautiful manufactured glass.

The product look very good. The initial service was excellent, very helpful and pointed me to the right product. Delivery was on time etc only slight disapointment is that i had to chase for updated delivery info, promised coms didn't occur and they amended the order without telling me. Overal i would give them 4.5 stars let down by communication post order being placement.
I was looking for a 21.5mm laminated sheet of glass for my pond build and came across Glass and Stainless ltd. Hello, I have bought 2 pieces glass from Glass and Stainless Limited. I have to say I was so impressed by the staff's work ethic. John Whitehead was the staff I contacted with to discuss my order. He went to extra miles to discuss a lot of details of my glass panel and glass door which was great help to me since I am a diyer. I checked my email one day and found he sent the glass door drawing email at 22:00 . He worked so hard. And the glasses I received were brilliant ! Can't think him enough . Take my hat off to him ! Good phone discussion, and helpful but lacking in some technical knowledge of specific fittings I wanted to use for an unconventional DIY project. This meant that some of the seals I ordered were of the wrong size, since I wasn't able to use the thickness of polycarbonate I'd had in mind, to go with the S/s fittings. ( maybe I should have read all the fine technical detail print, but also maybe the advisor could have picked up that 6 mm seals wouldn't work 'cos I had to use minimum 10 mm sheet in the end. The astronomic shipping charges (which I queried, and managed to get reduced for my small, non fragile order) seemed sillier still when one lot of seals was put in a small, unprotected box which arrived crumpled at one end and so were damaged and sections unusable - they could have gone in with the other wrong sized seal in an enormous and probably expensive cardboard tube. I haven't bothered to reorder the right sized seal for the thicker polycarbonate sheet I had to use, because of the massive shipping charges. Something to be aware of! The actual s/s Geneva s/s fittings are of very high standard and work and look really good.
