Terrible service. Shower enclosure leaked under the door as they allowed for no seal and they refused to sort it out. I was blamed for not picking out the fault in there design.

Bespoke sizes of laminated 15mm glass at a great price, combined with very helpful people - what more can one ask?

Delivery was very exspensive. The purchase was £44 and the delivery charge was £25.

Ordered 2 pieces of bespoke glass from them. Initial service was ok however one of the pieces they decided to simply cut differently to the technical drawings they produced and i agreed to so it wouldnt fit my installation. When i challenged I was told they couldnt get the machine to cut that pattern (which they specified/produced) so did it as best they couldnt but didnt ask me or inform me. After some to-ing and fro-ing they agreed to cut the glass as originally specified. Delivery was due wednesday, when i called wednesday afternoon to check it was still coming (having waited home all day) they reneged and said thursday, then called again it was moved to friday. Overall they corrected their mistake, Martyn (sales) was quite helpful but shipping the wrong glass initially without telling me, then changing the final delivery twice was fairly poor customer service.

first class service glass delivered a week after ordering and kept fully informed would certainly use again and recommend them .

Ordered shower door gaskets (sealing strips).Very hard plastic so hard to fit. Parts reasonable (£11) but £25 postage steep. In fairness, part had to be shipped in long cardboard tube and that might explain high delivery cost.
