We ordered a bespoke size shower panel with bracket. Very helpful in terms of helping us with advice. Delivered quickly. There was a scratch on the bracket and a replacement was delivered speedily and without fuss. Very pleased with the service overall and will definitely recommend.

The handrail brackets received are very good quality, but cost of postage was too high especially as the delivery company rang me and said the delivery driver was outside our house an no one was in, I asked them to leave it with a neighbour or in our bin at the front, then I phoned my daughter who was in, she immediately went outside and no one was their. I would recommend you use a cheaper more reliable delivery company, maybe one where the delivery could be tracked.

Excellent from start to finish, website simple and easy to order. Put your glass sizes in and generates instant quote. By far the cheapest price I could find anywhere, that made me worry, where’s the catch??? There isn’t one I can’t praise this company enough, I was doing a diy project so worried about ordering glass wrong, rung and spoke direct, excellent advice given very patient and reassuring. Regular updates regards delivery progress via email then a call to confirm delivery day, then a call from driver 40 mins before arrival. Excellent service throughout at a great price.

Error made by company on measurements for a bespoke shower door, immediately rectified with no fuss and item replaced in very quick time. have now used company for twice for bespoke glass shower doors, would use again and would highly recommend Thanks you

After phoning round to compare prices, the price here was much better than elsewhere and this also matched the customer service in the first instance. Julie on the phone was exceptional and the glass is perfect. The only part that let the entire experience down was the delivery. I was told that the driver would be here by midday. However he arrived just after 7am with nobody to help him and expected me to help him take two massive pieces of glass off his truck?! Why would you send a delivery of sheets of glass with only one driver? Surely health and safety for both your staff and customers is paramount when you are dealing with glass? My builder thankfully came to help but the driver wanted to leave the glass at the front door? Again, health and safety should be the key consideration here when there are children and dogs on the premises. Thankfully the driver helped to carry the glass to the bathroom where it was being installed but I would suggest in future that you send 2 men who are able to carry the products to their final destination without complaining. I certainly did not expect to be carrying my own 2m glass inside and upstairs!! This expectation from your business should have been set at ordering.

Great company to deal with. Ordered 4 x 10mm sheets and they arrived as promised and as requested. One had a few scratches on it, and as soon as I reported it a new piece was cut and sent in replacement. Great customer service and very good prices.

Very quick to respond to questions, pricing quotes and answering the phone or emails. Pricing very competitive and delivery windows given acceptable. We did have an issue on delivery day in the fact that we were told that day that we were only getting 4 pieces of glass and not the 5 ordered and it would be the following week to get the final piece. It was quoted as the 1 piece didn't pass quality control where it really felt as if it had got broken being readied for dispatch at the manufactures in Liverpool. This delayed the joy of using the balcony for a further week post completion of all the other constituent components. If it was not for this, I would have given 5 stars and a recommendation. As it stands it's 4 stars but would still recommend you try them out. It could be a one-off.
