The funeral directors in Wellington we used offered to make our order of service booklets, whilst convenient, their costs were excessive. Having shopped around for just a few minutes on google, I came across this service at a fraction of the price and decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did. Not only was the service super easy to use, I found Tim to be very efficient in getting back to me and updating the changes we had discussed very quickly. No change was too much and I felt in complete control. Delivery arrived very quickly. I would most certainly recommend anyone to use this service. You won’t be disappointed.

Price was much better than some other websites. Tim was very helpful throughout design process and communicated each step of the way. Delivery was really quick and well packaged. The quality of the order of service is good and the free memory book is really nice too.

Absolutely brilliant service from Tim. Speed of response and his expertise and professionalism made this very easy. Which is what you want at difficult times. It was no problem for Tim to add a quote to one of the photos which I know will raise a smile on the day and made it more personal. Printing and materials are of high quality. They looked good on the proof but looked even better when they arrived. The additional thank you cards and Book of Remembrance also of high quality. Price is very reasonable. Seriously look no further. I looked around online to find a company to print the order of service for my father. They were so much work at time when I was stressed and grieving. This company and Tim were an answer to my prayers. It could not have been easier and what I asked for I got. They have just been delivered and they are of an amazing quality. I had an 8 page booklet printed. The photos of which some are 80 years old have been reprinted beautifully. I ordered late on a Saturday evening and received my proof on Sunday.
Very pleased with the Order of Service that Tim created for my mum's funeral - I sent over a draft running order and within a few hours had received proofs. They arrived a couple of days later, along with an added bonus of a lovely book of remembrance and some thank you cards. We were absolutely blown away by Tim’s service. He was ALWAYS available – at ridiculous times of the day and night, both weekdays and weekends; he made everything about the process of designing and producing our funeral documents easy and reassuring. Tim returned design work incredibly quickly and was open and responsive about changes and preferences; he offered helpful suggestions and delivered high quality designs; he was SO careful not to over-promise and instead he over-delivered – getting everything to us more quickly than we could have expected. There was no problem that we could throw at him that he didn’t have a solution or option for His costs for this service were better than anything we saw anywhere else – so it was very good value for money too. This was a difficult time for us after the death of our Dad – and Tim’s efficient, professional and super-kind service made all the difference. Just use him.
