I have been buying from FFE for some months and can wholeheartedly recommend them. The personal touches when ordering are lovely, there is always someone to talk to if needed, and the foods are just fabulous. It is great to be able to support local farmers and suppliers. The company themselves particularly the lady I dealt with are great, products I purchased were as expected. Sadly the courier service let them down but the company dealt with it well and goods were eventually received

Ordering and delivery process was easy. Delivery driver charming and helpful. Great communication. I was perhaps a bit ditzy when ordering so hadn't reckoned on VAT implications - my issue but could have been clearer on website. This was a prize donation for a conference raffle and the winner was delighted so all good! Will definitely order again.

Great quality and value

I received my order of sausages (Pork),Highland steak, spiced apple sauce and porridge oats and I am very pleased with the order. I would consider ordering again. It is especially helpful when goods are on special offer as it sets off postage costs.

Great service & great food

I ordered these for the first time through this Company and was very happy with my purchase :) They arrived very well packaged and each pair was vacuumed sealed. They were delivered by Next Day Express delivery ...and the ice in the box was still ice :) amazing customer support. Lovely people to do business with. thank you very much. Every aspect of the Order was entirely satisfactory

The order arrived just as promised, with a friendly courier. Everything was expertly packed - something other food deliveries could learn a thing or two from. The chilled goods are wrapped in wool packaging and the chiller packs, which were still frozen, which shows how good they were. The produce of course is amazing, it felt like a real treat to open all the boxes and discover what was inside - my veg box was fresh and full of vitality, and surprises such as a kohlrabi. So happy with the delivery, I will definitely e ordering again - not just fresh, food and express, but so friendly and personal too - thanks!

Although I am a new customer, so have not yet had much experience with Fresh Food Express, I have done a fair amount of research on what they offer. I am highly impressed with their personal service, provision of information and their range of gourmet products. To all intents and purposes they appear to be a top level, professional company who steps outside the box and makes you glad that you did too!
