My son really loves the glasses and we got them quick
Avoid this site! They took our order for a pair of sunglasses we found a great deal on for my son. Then for the next few months they kept sending us a string of updates telling us it was delayed again. Months and months went by. They never offered any type of compensation or desire to make it right despite us reaching out multiple times. They always just blamed "the manufacturer", despite them taking the order they could not fulfill. Extremely frustrating. Really feel bad for my son. This is not how you do business.

Amazing, I had to return my sons glasses because his prescription changed. I have never had an easier/faster experience. My son has strabismus, wearing glasses is a must for his age and condition. They made it a priority and I am very THANKFUL for that. It really shows they care. These were the first glasses we found out he wants to wear willingly so we had to make sure he was able to get everything back the same. I will be shopping with them more in the future!

Before buying my prescription glasses I had to consult about which lenses would protect me from the computer blue light, and they guided me through that and were very friendly. I had chosen a pair of Carolina Herrera eyeglasses and they were 50% off, so I bought them, but I had no prescription. They contacted me via e-mail, and I explained that I had a future appointment and after that I would send the prescription. After I faxed the prescription I contacted them again, and they answered via e-mail confirming that they got the prescription. A week later I had my beautiful glasses, and I am very satisfied with the service and the product quality. I called them again to thank them, and they replied again to me. I am a satisfied customer.

The process to purchase the shades was seamless and the delivery was fast. I didn't enjoy the shades soon after I received them because someone broke into my car and stole them. For the little bit of time, I got to wear them the day they were stolen I loved them.
I ordered these Liteforce Ray Bands from the store that was putting my prescription lens in. The store ordered the wrong frame claiming that the Matte Black frames were no longer available. I already have this model Ray Ban in polarized green matte black and loved them so much that I wanted my new prescription everyday glasses to be the same. While looking on line I found Frames Direct had the Liteforce Ray Bans in stock I called there customer service department and they confirmed they were in stock. I was directed to place the order online on framesdirect.com. I was emailed a conformation and a day or so later a tracking number. The order arrived and I am now wearing my favorite frames daily. For the second (and last) time, whoever packed my order intentionally sent a BAD case. First time, he sent a case that didn't fit the frame. He knew this at the time he packed it since the frame was placed on the case. This time, he sent a badly damaged case. The damage was clearly visible at the time of packing. It wasn't a damaged during shipping issue.
My package had previously delivered with an incorrect address. They were very quick to correct the error and was expedient with their response. Would buy from them again.
