The turnaround time was awesome. The ease of purchase was great and the followup email was very thoughtful. The quality of my lenses are not to my satisfaction...I paid extra for thin lenses due to my strong prescription but the lenses are not thin at all. I've purchased lenses with the same prescription and they are much thinner. The frames I chose are okay and look pretty close to how they looked online, but I have to say I am disappointed in the lenses themselves.

Our order worked out well. Product was as expected and didn’t take long to arrive, shorter time than was estimated. In the ordering process after I had entered all prescription info they did reach out after and ask for the actual prescription paper, so there was an extra unexpected step of emailing the info. But not that big a deal. Would be easier if they just ask for it in the first place.
