Brilliant service, colours are amazing so many to choose from. I’ve purchased over 4 sets over the space of around 2 years and the only reason I’ve brought the next set is due to me changing hair colour. They’re still in brill condition! So thick from top to bottom, I’ve used other brands and NONE compare to foxy locks. I’ll never go elsewhere! So soft the best quality hair I’ve brought and I’ve wore clip ins for over 15 years.

It looks so easy, but every time I have tried to wrap it around the pony tail the Velcro’s catches on my hair resulting in sticking and in trying to take it off pulling hair out. How can I avoid this please?

I just got some highlights and didn’t really know which color would match the best. So I contacted the customer service and sent them a picture of my hair. The color that they recommended me was so on point. The extensions blend so well with my natural hair. The color and the quality of the hair extensions is so damn good. 💕

The hair extensions were ordered in May. The delivery was scheduled for July 13. DHL attempted delivery on two or three occasions several days prior to the 13th when we were on vacation. The hair is great but in my opinion the delivery and communications process could be better.

Got the silver 20 inch volumiser to add more volume to my hair and other extensions but half the hair fell out. The description says no fall out but the extension has clumps and clumps coming out. Notified customer services hoping to get a replacement or some sort of help but they only offered me 15% off a new clip as I dyed the top to match my purple and silver hair. My student discount is 15% off so I saw no point in this discount. I refuse to buy another if the fall out is going to be this bad. You can get cheaper hair extensions for better quality. Appalling how bad the fall out is. Even my hairdresser was horrified.

No arrived never

I have always used foxy locks for my extensions as the quality is unreal. But can I say how amazing their customer service was!!! I gave them a call, which was answered fast and the lady I spoke to helped me resolve my issue of change of address very promptly and emailed me straight away once had been done. This was all sorted in a matter of 10 minutes. I highly recommend this company not just for their extensions but their customer service too. 10/10

Such quick delivery, I had no expectations of using Foxy Locks before but I think I am now converted! My curling wand turned up a day after I’d ordered them and it was wrapped to perfection and so well secured in the box! I can’t wait to perfect my curls for my wedding day!
