I purchased the Adjustable Soft Mesh Medical ID Bracelet with Magnetic Clasp because of my medical problem but two things KEEPS me from giving you all 5 stars. FIRST my medical emblem is NOT red as shown on your website to let anyone know it isn't just a regular bracelet and SECOND, the clasp keeps coming loose.

Beautiful product, very easy to order. Very expensive shipping and they said it would be there in 2 to 3 business days and it actually took 8 which was very frustrating.

A while back ago I ordered an engraved pocket knife and it had a small defect. I contacted the company and they apologized and sent me a replacement for it immediately. It was perfect! I told them I would definitely be ordering from them again. Once again, my 2 items arrived in a very timely fashion and they were just as advertised. Love the engraved Soul Mate heart!
