I could not confirm the gift was delivered also it would be advantageous to send the free gift earrings to the buyer- at least give that option. As requested, I sent an email prior to completing the survey voicing my issues and was not responded to.

My experience was perfect with this company. I had two grandsons get married this year and bought the beautiful family bibles to give them for Christmas with their wedding pictures on the front. I realized o had made an error on one of the dates to be printed on the front. I panicked. They contacted me so promptly and changed it. I received them within only 4-5 days, all correctly done.
