I ordered my product 11 days ago and as of now have not received notification of it being shipped. It is supposed to be an anniversary gift for my husband and I assumed that ordering it 13 days ahead of time would be enough time. Apparently I was wrong.
You sent me a simple glass and I ordered a beautiful 60yrs glass which came in a wooden box. Did not receive this and I needed it this Saturday for a special 60th birthday party

Well it was a little hard to put the pictures on the coffee mug. After three times , I did it. I guess because I had seven pictures to put on the mug.
