The quality of your work is absolutely amazing

Twenty beautifully engraved glasses arrived on my doorstep the day before Thanksgiving, despite a late order placed that previous Sunday. The order was placed on such a late date because my mother passed away earlier that week and the idea for a memorial toast to our parents on Thanksgiving (what would have been their 68th wedding anniversary) was sudden. The quick turnaround on the order for the engraved glasses enabled us to have a very meaningful toast in honor of our parents.

High quality and attention to details. In order to improve, I would say the work inside the crystal could be larger because the area of the crystal that is unused is nonproportionally big, knowing the fact that there was about more than 5 sizes larger for this kind of order, however the work is smaller inside the crystal. the 3D experience must mention “the picture must have an eye contact”, since my picture was not having an eye contact it is unusual to look at the 3D side, I wish there was a note before I place an order. Overall, nice product, but it could be a bomb of joy if the two points above were applied. Thank you.
