Ordered and payed iPhone 11 Pro Max 512Gb, Gold but now got message thru WhatsApp that it is not available. It seems system is not automatically updating record. Not good for first order, leave bad experience.

Very bad customer service they charge me 5 times 4 SR for no reason customer service never reply Tirrble experience I regret buying from them
Do not trust them! You don’t receive an email for order confirmation and you can’t check your order status or cancel online. They deal with you via WhatsApp - ignored my request to cancel my order - then delivered the iPhone with a lower storage capacity (128GB Vs 256GB). On top of all of this, I ended up paying 15% for import duties - so they shipped the product from oversees and charged me for the tariffs. I ended paying a price close to a new iPhone rather than a pre-owned one.
Where is my Replacement.. Clients mobile number +966597068331.... I buy ipad but you send me Damage and unuseful item. So i Send back and i pay 95sr. Now i want a replacement. IPhone 4s black and iPhone 5c pink for the same amount.
