I buyed 5-6 laptops and a mobile phone. The phone was not genuine. The laptops were ok but the last two laptops had issues so i have informed them and requested to take a return. Lets see what happens

Can u reply me right answer someone plz. I Ordered I phone 11 before 6 days ago. They make confirmation to me and. Will deliver within 3 working days . I’m waiting my order. After 4 days I called I asked where is my order. They said tomorrow will be deliver . I said oky . Next day they call me said we don’t have which is you ordered. I said now you update me like that . They called me again said will check with team tomorrow will deliver. Then same days call me we don’t have which is you order. I said wht is going on like that I don’t know how’s wrong with us but I don’t want to Oder again thank u

LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THEM, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! I ordered excellent condition of iphone 11, i recived the phone next day. Everything looks good until i notice some issues with phone. I contact them next day as i know i have 7days return policy. They literlly postpone for pick up the phone until it was two weeks. TWO WEEKS AFTER they pick up the phone after me not giving up calling them everyday! After they pick up phone they promise me 1 day delivery. They dont know how to treat their costumers. No respect at all everyone saying something different to me like im a fool. Still no phone delivered to me. Ive been without a phone for 2 weeks because of them not checking the phones before selling them. IM WARNING YOU TO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I would mark this lower than one if I could!! I ordered the excellent (highest option) phone and paid the premium. Phone had a screen replacement as this was not sitting correctly, damage to the phone around the screen. Phone was also not charging correctly (kept stopping), turning itself off all of the time, battery % was 80%. They were informed within 15 minute of phone arriving. Now over two weeks have gone by and daily I’m informed we will check with courier… seriously scamming people of their hard earned money. Just organise a courier, collect the faulty phone and refund my money. I have had to purchase another phone (elsewhere obviously) as this was a gift. I am looking at reporting now to the authorities due to their negligence. Forget the positive reviews!! If you cannot afford to pay the money and have a poor quality non performing phone and then have to buy another one DO NOT USE this company. I await for them to finalise my situation…

Big time scammers,sending faulty item intentionally and then make you run around back and fourth. No way to receive your money or replacement as they are not available physically and by WhatsApp ONLY the same reply everyday 🚫 These are SCAMMERS

I order on this site Samsung Galaxy s20 ultra and they deliver a fake clone Samsung and not even work properly no connection to enything and no code for Samsung 100 percent fake and I ask for costumer service and I send videos that the phone is not working I ask for refund and they ask me to pay pick up dhl for150sr and I get 85percent to money back they not replying to eny message so I'm not take another risk.be care full on this site they are 101 percent scummer very stresseful

This outfit is one of the worst that you can deal with on the Internet in the Middle East. I made an order of two laptops and emphasized in the request that they must have Arabic KB, on which they confirmed back. After contacting them immediately after receiving them they said that I have to pay 150 for the courrier on the top of the duties paid. I really hope they challenge this review so I produce receipts and have "verified" next to this review.

I bought LG V60 128GB, it was advertised as dual sim..but i recieved a single sim version which was used under verizon mobile before..over all condition of the unit quite good no scratches seems like new.

I ordered Ipad from fonezone with a additional delivery charges of 50 aed for a same day delivery and they committed over WhatsApp that your order will receive within hour until 11:30 pm. I was experienced one if the worst communication and service from them during my order process. Not recommended for online order
