I bought a phone from fonezone as soon as the phone came to me within 3 days the front camera of the phone got dusty. Then after that call within 8 to 10 days rear camera also got dusty. Then along with that the battery of the phone also does not work, the phone has to be charged at least 3 to 4 times in a day, in which I only make calls.And the battery is automatic drain. And if you do a little more work on the phone, then the phone becomes so hot that the phone is ready to explode. I complained then they are asking me extra money to fix it.

This company is nothing but a scam! They will sell you what you order but beware as some products don't work and if you try to get a refund they intentionally push you past the seven days limit and then say it's past that time. Both apple I pads they sent do not work properly n I have been trying since I received them to get a refund. They keep saying we will send somebody but never do. Yesterday they said it's past 8 days and we cannot. I've called them on 3 occassions, what's up messages to pick them up the day they were delivered. Please avoid this company and by from one you can visit. I even offered to drop them off and they said you cannot come but we will send someone. Nothing but cheaters.

i ordered a xiaomi (Brand New) mobile and received another one that is used before and fixed (touch screen changed before) and they refused to return it or change it and they didn't sent and invoice or anything that proves buying this mobile. they are thieves stole my money (the mobile they sent worth only 120 AED) and i paid 1,000 AED be careful and never deal with them

Contrary to the negative reviews mentioned here, i think they are good. They are true to their words and received my package not so on time but it's alright with me. Their product is working outstandingly and hope it's quality too.

Very bad experience. I ordered an iPhone 10 days ago today is the 10th day still not received. For the last 4 days I have been contacting their customer service continuously on WhatsApp, email and messenger but they are not responding from anywhere. I did not even receive an automated email regarding dispatch of my parcel. Order tracking number is not working anywhere. Please do not order anything from this website even if all the stores around the world are closed. The person who is on customer service is a complete dishonest and bad culture and bad manners person.

Delayed delivery, not just hours but days. Recieved phones that are not the same as ordered. Very frustrating and hard to get in touch with someone to provide resolution. Not recommended. Very bad service.

Do not even think of buying anything from them. They sold to me a damaged iPhone 6, then when I told them I want to return it, they said no problem but you have to pay 150 AD to ship it to us. They made money from deceive people
