Good day Sir/ Maam, I would like complain regarding of my order FZME8551. This ipad is totally not working at all. Im so disappointed. The packaging was perfect. I have listed all the Problems regarding this Item. I hope you will take an action or please solve this matter. I money that I bought was hardly to find. I worked hard for it. ipad problems: 1. Screen Blinking 2.Camera photos and Videos are same negative. 3. Not Charging. 4. Over all Damage.

Very bad and slow customer service. Communication and it is very difficult to answer my request for more than 6 days and no one contacted me that he had a problem and I sent more than 5 emails and there was no response

Very bad product quality and service. I have received my IPhone in July 2021 and sent an email about an issue with the device in December 2021 but got no reply. I asked for e-invoice through email but got no response. I contacted you through WhatsApp about the issue but the reply was to call the customer service. I called customer service and they refused to send me an invoice.

I purchased an Ipad 6th Gen. 128GB . It says on the website Apple refurbished and Pink color. I recieved the Tablet with different color. Local market refurbished ( not Athurised Apple dealer) you can know it from Model number and also the finger print is not working. I would recommend not to put high expectation on the quality of the products there are better places

I would like to say the Fonzone is very legit and trust company for buying and ordering mobiles, they are also offering the tabby 3 months installment. And i would like also to suggest you to chiose guys the good services and responsive which is fonzone. Fonzone also safe delivering the items! The costumer care is very responsive. On date of 13 jan. 2022 I order one iphone 8 plus 256 gb gold color . So happy . After 48 hours the J&T agent call me when he can make the delivery after that no more call from delivery agent . On 18 jan . Canceld the order because of not specified delay .

I have ah consern about the apple ID is not working If put My on ID not working and also not update the ISO Venson so How come to use this ipad if not working this apps Always call this maneger number but not attended How come to fex this matter if My consern is not fex ineeded to replace this unit
