Excellent as always. Bought an outdoors flag and was worth the money.
The flag delivered was not as expected. Colours were wishy washy and not of the exact shade. Charles Ashburner responded extremely quickly to my query and supplied a replacement flag to the perfect standard expected, complete with netting. The flag now flies, as intended, at our village war memorial.
Good quality product but took ages to arrive. Spoke to a very nice person to track order and was told it had been dispatched the week before. I assumed it had got lost in the post but it then arrived about 10 days later following an email to say that it had been dispatched. Very happy with the product but as it was a present it was frustrating that i didn't know when it would arrive. Would buy from the company again but will order in plenty of time (one month!) next time.

Only issue I have is the colour blue is not the blue of the Scottish flag, which is much darker. Otherwise all good, expected a 2 week delivery time as it was a bespoke design. Quality was good and was everything I asked for apart from the blue colour.
