The customer service I received from Mrflag was second to none. The salespeople were very helpful. I ordered the flags over the phone and received them the next day. The quality of the flags were very good and the prices were reasonable.

Prompt service, from selecting to ordering to the arrival of the flag was less than 10 days. Only place I found that could supply the former regiment flag at a reasonable price. As it is being used for a picture frame back drop could select without having flying grommets. Would look to use again if I can find other former military regiments/Navy ships advised other shopping cart.

Flags are great. My only suggestion would be that if you say on your website contact link that "We’ll try to reply super-fast!", you make a bit more effort to do so. Four week-days is not super-fast.
Great product. Just took a little longer to arrive than expected and no communication until it was shipped, so I had to double check that I had ordered it.
So far everything has been great! My order was processed and shipped in a timely fashion. Now all I am waiting on is to receive my order. I am so looking forward to it.
