This is an update to an earlier review, at the time of delivery directly to the funeral director I had not seen the product. Now that I have, I have to say that the quality is superb. Not that I wish people dead but I would defo use Mr Flag again if I needed a coffin drape.
I cannot recommend Flags by Mr Flag enough. I wanted a custom made drape for my fathers coffin, and the help, and service from start to finish were exceptional. Charles listened and delivered, and the drape arrived today and it’s fantastic. The quality and finish spot on. I will be proud to have this on my fathers coffin and hopefully he will be smiling too. The communication and response was just excellent, in the case of my dad's drape. The mock-ups were useful and improved upon the original idea. For such a unique service to be so outstanding in terms of work and customer care is to be treasured. Circumstances changed for us, and they adjusted with no fuss as well.
