Excellent product and service

I am very happy with the quality of the flag I purchased. The colours are correct and the fabric is good and strong as I had wanted for outside. There was quite a delay in the arrival of my purchase but I don't fault Mr. Flag. Everything is slow these days. The flag shipped on November 29th and finally arrived today, December 23rd.

Ordered as a gift and came on time and as expected.

I heard about Mr Flag from other flag pages on facebook. Mr Flag.com’s team was helpful and resourceful they helped me by accepting my as yet unofficial flag design for my home town for their Towns and Cities section. This has helped bring the flag debate to Swindon and provides a place for people to buy the flag if they want one. The good people at Mr flag also sorted out refining the colour choices for the flag making it more vibrant and truer to my original vision. I cannot thank them enough and they have as my headliner suggests gone above and beyond to help me. Thank you Mr Flag! :D

I recently gave a bad review, I hadn’t received my flag, and it was 2 weeks on from the order..so was a bit annoyed when asked to give feedback...it actually arrived next day, so the reason was obviously due to the post at this time of year... The flag is great, and I appreciate that Mr Flag followed up the delay, and I would like to say that this is a great company, who I’ve bought from before, and very impressed about your customer service, and that you care so much about your reputation. An easy site to follow and from which to make my choice, order was delivered in reasonable time. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the material. I am having the flags framed for internal use and I thought the 'outdoor' fabric would be more robust but it is slippery and flimsy and will need adhesive fixing to hold it in place. Still thanks Mr Flag, I'll try the cotton fabric for my next ordeer.
