I placed the order for a sown Ukraine flag on the Sunday, it arrived on the Thursday, excellent service and have used Mr flag for all our flags
3 days later than promised, missed event planned for despite phoning and confirming. Service improved on follow up, impressed support following my previous rating
Delivery took too long, I had to chase up after 9 days and then it was despatched. Shane as it was a standards stocked item, should have been next day. Update: refund for slow service received from Mr Flag with apology, stars increased to 4. Thank you
