Ordered a watch which had a metal band and click clasp. Clasp was faulty from day one and the watch kept falling off. Unwearable because of this. First Class Watches was not even prepared to help me submit a warranty claim as bands and bracelets are apparently not “normally” covered by warranty. Poor customer service.

Great advice before purchasing, and negotiated a good price. The watch looks great, fits great, and keeps good time. Only one thing I will say, the time was left set on BST, when ordered and supplied the next month - in GMT, even though they adjusted the strap to suit. Only a minor mention, but not really an issue…

This Company is one of the best I have come across,for customer service they are exceptional. They really do put the customer first. I purchased a New U Boat Watch and had a couple of issues with it,spoke to Rowland who gave me some great advice but ultimately I had to go into the retail shop. The staff. In the shop really know how to make a customer feel special, I was dealt with by Liam and Kate who made sure I was happy with every detail . I was offered a few solutions and after advice went home with a fantastic deal on a BALL Hydrocarbon E.O.N.
