I ordered a watch online, no problems next day delivery. Arrived well packaged no problems. I returned the item simply as did not sit well on my oversized wrists. Company sent wrong item and packing slip to my address and my order to another customer, breaching GDPR as another customer had my name, address, email and mobile number. When I pointed this out to Rowland (Customer Service Manager)he claimed that they would report themselves to the ICO and offered a paltry £25 goodwill refund. Beware if you value your personal data.

I shopped around for a Casio W-800H and found one elsewhere for a bit cheaper, so I filled up the price match form and while it was not matched, I was offered a lower price. I decided to buy it due to the Casio authorised seller status and the customer service I had received. The watch came with the warranty paperwork stamped, which was a nice touch, because buying online I wasn't expecting that. It goes without saying that the product is genuine. All in all, a great experience with First Class Watches. Will definitely recommend.
