Absolutely amazing service! The watch I wanted to order was out of stock so I contacted customer service and within the hour I had a reply stating I could order it and when it became available they could send it, but it would probably be 2 weeks. Within 48 hours the product had been dispatched and a personal email to let me know they had got it for me. If I could give this company 10 stars I would!!

Excellent Some reviews complain about making orders only to find that their purchase was not in stock and takes weeks or months to deliver. Maybe that was an old system, but at the moment every items is clear about stock availability. Luckily I ordered a watch that was in stock ( was actually the last piece in stock at the time). Ordered on Saturday delivered on Tuesday without a hitch. As described and as expected. The store also answers any queries really fast with reliable information. I would definitely recommend and use this store again.
