My new watch was dispatched and delivered quickly. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the movement, so I contacted First Class Watches. They had me send back the watch at their expense, verified that it was a manufacturing defect, and sent me a replacement. Their aftersales support was as good as it gets, and will definitely consider them for my next purchase.

Quick, safely and discreetly packaged. Discreet in the sense that I had ordered the watch for my Wife for Christmas. Package gave no indication of what the contents were, unlike some companies.
