An appointment was arranged for me to visit the shop and look at 3 Seiko watches to help me decide which one would suit me best. I was not able to see all these watches in a shop in Birmingham. I spent ample time then and took some photos. The assistant was very helpful then. A few weeks later, I decided to purchase the watch that I was interested in. I phoned the shop and one was reserved. The purchasing and delivery processes were fairly quick and easy. I do recommend this shop.

This is my first time buying from FCW and not from my normal AD, did a lot of research before pulling the trigger, and honestly, the transaction was so smooth, it was unreal. I ordered and wanted a specific delivery and not next day aa I know I will not be in, it arrived on the day I wanted. My AD normally charges £10 for this service so kudos to FCW. The watch, a Seiko SLA came fully stickered and well wrapped. I was also updated by email on the order from start to finish, including ETA of delivery time on the day. Impressive CS and I will definitely buy from FCW again.
