Quality of products was great, however there were issues with delivery and lack of communication as to when my order would arrive. Goods arrived over a week later by DX Courier, who were late providing delivery slot so not best experience.

Pleased with the fire extinguishers I got , at a very good price too
The company had just what I needed, a small dry powder fire extinguisher for my motorhome. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and it arrived on time. The extinguisher was well packaged and sustained no damage during delivery.
Had to chase for delivery as parts not arrived on time. When they did arrive there were parts missing. Called the office and they told me they would send out next day, again when delivered some parts were missing. Called the office who said they will get the parts missing delivered next day. I asked about refunding my delivery cost due to the inconvenience caused and was told that as the order was going to be completed they will not be refunding the delivery cost. Wont be using them or any associated companies again.
The product we needed at a decent price. Delivery not as fast as some, but it got here safely.
The price was very keen and I order 12 off, as replacements for some of our vehicles. They let me know they only had 10 in stock, offering to send the part order, but we were content to wait.
