I wanted to order a product so I set up an account using my company email address, the system asked if there was a different email address to send the invoice so I entered this. After putting £360 worth of products in my basket I tried to check out but I was on a poor network and this did not work. Later that day I tried to log in on the account details sent to me and could not get in. I emailed support and they took 4 days to reply, They told me that the account was not in my name but in the accounts name. When I asked today on the phone about this I was told that I was low priority as I did not have an order. They just told me that there systems were perfect and that I could not operate it correctly. I was extremely disappointed with them and will look for another provider.

On hearing a worrying fire story at work, I wanted to purchase some products for safety at home. There were many products available, but the clear guidance and low cost I found at the fire protection shop made it easy to buy exactly what I needed for a very good price.
