Quick service and delivery good quality and reasonably priced item
Items received were great, but prior ordering I called to check what is the lead time and was told its 3-5days. On the 5th working day I called to check where is my order and was told that " Sorry but your order is delayed and wont be ready until end of next week" , this caused us a 1 week delay and upset client. I understand that they get plenty of orders, but if there is a delay it would be nice if someone actually updates you, made us look bad in front of our client.
Very please with the service. The visit was easier than expected. I received a call from the service person informing me of the visit an hour before arrival. Very efficient!

The alarm was delivered on time and was just what I wanted. I am getting a bit tired of receiving emails about other fire related goods that I am not interested in.

My order eventually arrived but didn't understand why the 20ltr foam concentrate was placed in a box. No labels indicating the right way up. Also items not posted or delivered in time scale as advertised, had to send email to prompt the sender, very disappointed as I had payed for the delivery, all very inconvenient.
Terrible. I olaced 3 orders. All 3 of them were not delivered on time. Every time I was given a different excuse. One parcel was over a week late. Staff are very rude. I will never use this company again
Ordered a fire extinguisher and it arrived promptly however I noticed that the man date was 4 years ago and emailed them to complain and arrange refund. They asked me to produce a photo showing the date in the bottom of the unit. I did and heard nothing. a few days later I emailed them for an update and got a response immediately suggesting I wait till they sort it with the manufacturer. A few days later as there was no reply I telephoned and eventually managed to speak to the manager, who himself had to talk to the MD of the manufacturing company who cleared up the situation and confirmed that the unit was in fact in date which I accepted. They learned something and hopefully they will be better prepared if this happens again. Other than the long wait for information and waiting to be put through to the relevant person, they are ok I would probably used them again

Ordered online. Easy use of website. Confirmed via email delivery within 2 days of courier receiving goods. Waited a week before telephoning. Customer service dealt with it promptly when investigating why the delay. Stock had come in and out again but we were missed off the list. Again, dealt with very promptly and delivery was received the very next day by courier.
Prices are better than most - but did not have a good experience with this company, goods ordered were delayed but there was no communication from the company - after several calls chasing them to see where the goods were we had to cancel and go with a different company. The people on the phone calls were pleasant to deal with it, however it seems their systems and process let them down.
