One of the fire extinguishers was faulty on arrival. On the positive side once new stock was in the company replaced it within a couple of days. All it took was a phone call and email. Good service would use again.

On time delivery and excellent customer service. One fire extinguisher box split in transit and the hose was lost. This was dealt with very quickly and a replacement was provided.
Asked for an emergency pick during the Christmas holidays,whilst they were doing inventory and they obliged with urgency.

Paid invoice promptly and received confirmation of this. Essentially harassed by Namco Finance a few days after making the payment - to say the invoice hasn't been paid. They did not liaise with Fire Protection Shop. Namco Finance eventually found the payment and all of this could have been avoided. I hope this action – which adversely impacts customers, and causes reputational damage – is nipped in the bud, and doesn't happen to others.
