I Purchased two masks on recommendation from a friend but received extremely poor quality masks- not as pictured or described but a thin single layer foam that you can see straight through. So far all emails have been ignored and these masks were needed for a grandparents hospital visit.

Avoid! Get order wrong then ignore emails and reviews. Never using again

Ordered pack of 100 face masks at 10am on a Tuesday , it was dispatched by 5pm that day and Hermes messaged me to say they’d received it that evening and they were delivered by Thursday morning , with free delivery you can’t complain at that. Masks are great and exactly the same as ones I’ve paid double the price for elsewhere.

The order and delivery of the product had no problems however the product itself was not of the best quality - the face masks I ordered were made of low quality material and I do not feel it was worth the money.

Rubbish. Item was supposed to be a 4 layer protection face mask but what turned up was a badly sewn bit of fabric. There’s not even 4 layers of fabric let alone the 4 layers of protection! Left a message for them to contact me about returning the items and have had no reply. They are also huge face masks that immediately fall down, wouldn’t be suitable for anyone.

Ordered 10 washable face masks. Speed of delivery was very good but quality very poor. Doubtvthey would give any protection at all. After reading some of these reviews re refunds don't know if I should bother. Very disappointed as a few weeks ago received the 3 ply surgjcal masks which were as described. Sorry doubt I will order again and yes a UK company but my order has Chinese stickers all over them.

I am very happy with the speed of delivery, the price paid and the quality of the masks received and I most definitely recommend Finest Bazaar to anyone!

Saw an advert on Facebook for face masks and without really thinking or doing a great deal of research (unlike me) I ordered and then wondered if I’d done the right thing. Well, I had. My masks were delivered within 48 hours and I was so impressed, I’ve since placed a further 2 orders of face masks, as I’m sure we are in this for the long haul. The company is based in U.K. so, no long wait times for orders unlike other places, they must be inundated with orders but are still processing quickly. Have happily recommended to friends and family and now on here to complete strangers. Thank you Finest Bazaar, you are my go to place for masks.
