The remote locking on my car key has not been working for months. I had changed the battery and tried to reset following the manual instructions but this didn't solve the problem. Then took it to Audi who changed battery again and tried a different reset which still didn't work. Was driving to Wickford when I saw signs for Fast keys, and on a whim I decided to follow them. On arrival I was greeted by Will, explained my key problem and said I didn't expect there was anything that could be done. Will changed the battery (3rd time now) and managed to do a reset which meant that the key was fixed! Wow!! The process took about 10 minutes and cost less that £10 and I am sooo happy. Would absolutely recommend Will and Fast Keys for knowledge, friendliness, low cost and outstanding service .

12/05/23 - Phoned up this morning, and spoke to Will who said to visit the shop and my broken car key will be fixed on site. Visited shop and dealt with Stevie, gave him the broken key and within 10 minutes had a brand new key. Excellent service, very polite and helpful - would highly recommend.

I called the company after I locked myself out. Will arrived at the time he said he would and helped me to access my home quickly and efficiently. The service was excellent and Will is professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I sent a car key to Fast Keys for repair thinking the electronics were faulty. They quickly called me and told me there was no fault but the transponder was missing (it was still in the old key case which I had previously replaced). They sent the key back to me without charge and I fitted the transponder from the old case. Great customer service even when there was no business for them from me on this occasion.
