We called the company to see if they had a version of their lock with a shorter back bar. They didnt but they offered to shave it down to the size we needed at no extra cost (we were ordering 10 locks). I think this was amazing customer service. They arrived the next day! They were still a little longer than we had a requested but they were workable. Very nice company to work with, with a personal touch and super fast delivery and good value. Would highly recommend.
