Fantastic service. Sent them a key to have 30 cut . Received an email 30 mins after the key had arrived to let me know my order was complete and would be delivered tomorrow.

I took two keys in to be fixed, arrived way too early before they opened on a saturday.when Will arrived early and opened up got straight onto helping me. One new battery and back cover and one button fixed good as new worth the 30min drive.Not the first time myself and my family have been here always helpful and always fix the problems best find on the Internet. Having experienced a problem with a BMW Mini replacement key supplied by a local main dealer I went to Fast Keys after they were recommended to me. The local main dealer wanted £300 to run diagnostic checks on the key they had provided as it was not working. I took the car to Fast Keys, the initial problem was diagnosed within 10 minutes, a price agreed and the car booked in to have work carried out. Further issues were detected and Fast Keys went over and above the level of service I expected and incurred extra cost to themselves whilst investigating and rectifying the problem. I can only rate the service provided by Fast Keys as exceptional and do not hesitate in recommending them.

Fantastic service. Posted my key on Friday afternoon and got a call on Saturday morning to tell me that the repair had been completed. I was expecting a generic key case but I was surprised to see it was a genuine replacement cover. I was amazed at how quick and easy this was. They even delayed the return of my key by a few days to a day that I was working from home so I could receive the delivery. Highly competitive on price and much more affordable than an auto locksmith. I need a 2nd key repaired and I will have no hesitation sending this to them over the next few days. I would recommend Fast Keys to everyone!
