Just amazing! I sent Fast Keys an enquiry email which they answered very quickly. I had no reference nos and was asked just to send a photo of either side of key then magically appeared a quote from Fast Keys. Wonderful service from Amy and I was more than happy with the price. Absolutely rubbish company. They kept on ignoring my instructions that the delivery address with a name with the address, was different from the billing address with no name, even though I rang them and asked them several times to amend the details. Consequently the package has been sent to the billing address with no name on the package and is now sitting 'somewhere' in the billing address post room. I am very frustrated that the amendment I requested was not made and I am trying to track down the package.
