Unprofessional and negligent conduct from expost.uk I am aware just now that the team did not dispatch 7 documents in May of this year and miss 7 cars plated and 1 debit card in the last shipment on demand. The 7 documents are in the today delivery. I am pretty upset! No words. The damage is terrifying for us. I have just contacted our Solicitors. I get all proofs of my complaint. Be careful to deal with expost!

I have just closed my account after three and a half years because I now have a permanent address and no longer need the service. I used the service because we lived on a boat and had no permanent abode whilst we sailed round the UK coasts. My family of 4, my Ltd Company AND my Royal Mail redirection (from our previous home) service were all included in the one subscription. When HMRC demurred on us using the Expost address, Expost customer services gave me the advice on the wording I had to use in my correspondence with HMRC in order to get HMRC to accept our new address. I also have to say that during all that time, Expost have provided a superb, effective, efficient and courteous service that has worked pretty much 100%. The only issue I had in those 42 months is one set of forwarded mail that took 10 days to arrive. and this was probably Royal Mail's fault. My query on the matter was dealt with immediately and the information provided was accurate. The online dashboard is simple to use and enables me to see my mail status, get it sent to where I want and to pay my account dues in a simple intuitive manner. It's not a cutting edge digital app but it does what you need to do without fuss or problems. I got huge peace of mind as we in remote anchorages and marinas knowing that our mail was being stored and then sent to wherever we were. If we ever need a mail management and forwarding service again, I can't think why I would use anyone else. In fact, if I was in the right place, I would want to run one of their franchises!
A truly first class mail redirection service from Expost. All the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I only wish I had known about this company sooner ,it would have saved me alot of hassle when I was moving around Europe and the UK. Thanks so much !

Hey there! So, I've been using your service for a while now, and things have been great. But lately, I've noticed a bit of a dip in the quality. Like, my mail forwarding requests are taking forever to get processed, and I asked for a mail scan a few days ago and still haven't heard anything.
I'm a new customer, this is not a good start, I am trying to receive my post, cannot get hold of anyone to get my post sent, is this a scam.

Guys I’ve been with expost now a few years! When I first heard about them and there service I wasn’t sure but I thought what is worse that can happen…anyway I’m so glad I did the service these guys give is second from none… nothing is to much bother.. any problems there are a phone call away.. they are always polite and give as much help and attention to sort out questions or problems you got …one of the customers representative is actually the owner 🤣he keeps a low profile and I didn’t know till I spoke to him on a few occasions he revealed his identity!!! But came across as just wanted to be like and treated like any other member of staff and was more than helpful and if I asked for a special request with my post would try his best to help! Overall I would 💯 recommend these guys ,I’ve had no issues and the service they provide is 10 out of 10 !!!so don’t be worried about joining ,they are as good as they say they are ,but you know what I think even better than that !!!so all the staff at ex post 👏👏💯Joseph Healy from rugby.
