When I moved overseas one of my biggest headaches was the re-direction and collection of mail. It was not easy to find a trustworthy solution. Rather than provide a review related to the number of mail forwarding companies researched and contacted, the facilities offered, the costs, reliability, support service, etc,. I will get to the point. Expost - if you are looking for a professional mail box, look no further. Expost will provide you with everything you need while you are overseas, or even if you move around the UK without a home domicile, all at a reasonable cost. They will collect and forward mail, and scan it if requested. The service is efficient with a website that is easy to understand and use. The support staff are excellent, courteous and communicative. The thing that really sets Expost apart is their ability to find solutions according to one's specific needs. Their scanning service is first class as is their mail-forwarding. I highly recommend them having used the service for over six-months while working overseas. A big thank you to Brodie who provides a style of management and service that feels bespoke.
So I'm 6000 miles away from my mail, under lockdown with Covid19, army outside and not allowed out and I need help. Who comes to the rescue? Expost! My experience My partner and I were struggling to find a solution for our post, as we are expats. Naturally, entrusting someone with your post can be scary. I’ve been with ExPost for around three plus years and find their service beyond excellent. We run a UK based boat business in France which requires us to spend much of our summers working there. Using ExPost allows us to route all our post when overseas. It is a seamless operation that works well. So much so, we also use it for private mail too. As a permanent expat I started using mail receiving & forwarding companies around 15 years ago. Having been a customer since the company came into existence, I can say unequivocally that Expost is streets ahead of the others I’ve used in the past. Owners and management have worked ridiculously hard to get the company to where it is today. And, to put it simply, it just works. You have total control over your mail on line via a simple-to-use dashboard which presents options for downloading and deleting scans, holding, destroying or forwarding hard copy, delivery addresses, how you want your mail delivered (courier, parcel service, surface mail, airmail, etc). They also provide email and SMS notifications when items have been dispatched to you (wherever you are in the world) together with tracking numbers. Regarding costs, for what you get I don’t consider Expost to expensive. The service, convenience and peace of mind you get in exchange for your hard-earned shekels is second to none. To date, Expost has delivered hard copy mail to me in 4 different countries, all without a hitch. As with anything, you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a receiving and forwarding service I can’t recommend Expost highly enough. Look no further.
Been with them now several years when we lived in USA and service is excellent. Still using them now we are back in the UK but living on our boat. The ability to scan and print stuff online is an added bonus.
