Living Overseas? Have a problem with post? I thought I'd post this just in case any expats out there need a reliable UK address and mail forwarding service. We use a company called Expost.uk for mail and parcel forwarding and have found the service indispensable, particularly with a moving barge in France plus homes in the U.K. and south of France. Exposts's service is prompt, secure, friendly and inexpensive. Having just one pseudo permanent UK address allows you to have all your post focussed in just one place and redirected to wherever you actually are. You can change the forwarding address as you move and have post and small parcels redirected as soon as they arrive, daily, weekly or monthly.

I'm a contractor living all over the place, in rooms, flats, the occasional hotel and b&b, I'm often in my motorhome for periods and abroad for periods. Post should be a problem in my situation, however because I'm an Expost customer, life is simple. I've never had any post go missing. I've never had a call go unanswered when I've phoned Expost with a question. Expost do customer service as we'd all like it to be, quick with real people on the phone. For myself, it's a great solution to the increasingly complex 21st century way of life so many of us young-uns are trying to navigate.

I signed up to Ex Post having sold my house with no plans of where to go, I spoke to " Brodie " who helped me in every way to get registered and through to receiving my post in various places around the world. Very friendly, flexible and efficient service ... if only other companies could be this good!!

Have been using Expost for several months and found them to be thoroughly reliable . Any queries are dealt with and replied to , usually within a short while and I have not experienced any issues or problems with at all . The sign up process is straightforward and you can see when you log in whether you have post waiting or on the way . Easy to top up your account as well . Great business and good people .

I signed up with expost.uk 5 years ago before I went to work abroad. In that time I had numerous postal addresses, but I always received my mail wherever I was in the world. All I had to do was to notify the friendly Expost management of my new details and 'hey presto!', my mail would start to arrive at the new address. This saved the hassle of having to collect post from previous addresses where I had lived for a few months. They can also put mail on hold until notified if you're not able to receive mail for a time. They also formed a very welcome buffer zone between myself and unwanted mail. Management are always willing to accommodate any reasonable request. I can therefore recommend Expost to anyone looking for a flexible, efficient and secure solution to mail delivery.

Have only been with Expost a short while but during this time they have shown themselves to be very professional and efficient. More importantly, they deliver a human touch, not just a faceless machine.

I have been an expat for the last 16 years, at first I used services like mailboxes etc who are thoroughly professional but are not really geared up for dealing with the unique needs of expats. About 10 years ago I gave up trying to find a good service and switched everything to Thailand. I only found export earlier this year, it coincides with a period in my life where I am back and forwards between Thailand and various locations in Europe including the Uk. Having a UK address is essential now because DVLA will not send a drivers licence overseas and I could only use my Thai licence for a year. Expost enables me to maintain an acceptable correspondence address (not quite, but almost the same as residential address) which is accepted by everybody so far. Getting mail sent on is fast, easy and cheap. The charges are fair, and the response time to every contact is breathtaking.

I have only been using the service for a few months and was very wary to begin with as I am a regular internet user and very aware of scams.. But I have found the service so far reliable and safe. They do what they say they will do and the phone help is a real person speaking real English! Cost effective compared to many other similar services. I would definitely recommend Expost to anyone needing a reliable UK address.

I've never had a problem with them. The reason being, is any problem that I thought I might have had, got quickly sorted out through their 1 on 1 customer support over the phone, before actually escalating into a real problem. I was never transferred or put on hold, I got straight through to the person with the ability to sort out my issue, and who has real knowledge of service. This is in contrast to most companies these days where you are given the run around, going in circles, and getting no where. So their support is amazing, and I can't fault them on anything. As for their forwarding mail. Another thing I cannot fault them on. They do it, they do it fast, and they do it according to instruction. For example you can customize what interval you want your mail forwarded, i.e. daily, weekly, or monthly. And on weekly, you can choose the actual day of the week! I think this is pretty amazing in itself. You can also choose what service to forward your mail with, and what address and name you want them to forward it too. And if you want to go full digital, you can give them explicit permission to scan your mail so you get it instantly the same day online, but this is purely an opt in feature. Lastly I think I must comment on the most useful thing about this company. It's the website. Once you login, you have access to all the information and options available, clearly laid out on 1 page. Useful information here is the quantity of items currently in your mailbox, for example how many letters, large letters, and parcels they're currently holding. Other useful information include your account expiry date and your postal balance. Also it's easy to change any options or information, and top up or renew your account through here using a card or PayPal (my choice). Overall this seems like a pretty in depth review. But I've been with them for 3 years now, and I honestly wouldn't go with anyone else.

I have been using expost.uk’s address and international mail forwarding services, and found them the best service provider on the market. Before expost.uk I used other providers such as EACBS and 1stFormations and experienced several issues with their services like delays with mail forwarding, lost mail, lack of flexibility in terms of the forwarding intervals and forwarding mail type, lack of international mail tracking, ignorant customer service who did not reply to my enquiries and was impossible to reach on the phone, etc. Since I use expost.uk I know that Brodie and Emma are there for me whenever I need them, they are highly supportive, and I get a great service from them every day. Knowing that my mailbox is in good hands is something relaxing for me, because I do not have to worry about anything, the expost.uk service simply works without issues, and that is all I need.
